Marketplace terms

Canopia is a marketplace for creator advertising and promotional services. Sellers set the service description, availability and creator price. Buyers pay the displayed creator price plus the separately disclosed marketplace fee. Canopia is not a party to OnlyFans, Fansly or any social platform and does not guarantee revenue, followers, subscribers or conversion.

• All users must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding agreement.
• Profiles, audience figures and performance evidence must be accurate.
• Prices, fees, deadlines and deliverables must be shown before payment.
• Canopia may pause listings, payments or accounts for verification and risk review.

Seller delivery standard

A seller must publish the approved creative, caption and exact tracking link on the agreed platform, placement and time. Delivery evidence must show the account, placement and timestamp without exposing subscriber identities or private messages.

• No unapproved copy, substituted links or materially different placement.
• No double-booking where it prevents agreed delivery.
• Evidence must be submitted by the order deadline.
• Clicks alone do not prove that a placement remained live for its promised duration.

Refunds, disputes and make-goods

Before a payout becomes eligible, the buyer receives a review window. Missing, late or materially incorrect delivery may qualify for a replacement placement, partial adjustment or refund according to the part of the service not delivered. Poor commercial performance alone is not a delivery failure when the agreed placement was provided correctly.

• Both parties must keep communication and evidence inside the order.
• Canopia reviews the listing, approved brief, timestamps and submitted proof.
• Fraud, chargebacks and repeated non-delivery may lead to suspension.
• Nothing in these rules removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy and connector consent

Canopia expects to process identity and contact details, creator profile data, listings, orders, payment status, communications, delivery evidence, platform-verification statistics and private campaign results. Processing is used to perform marketplace contracts, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and operate a safe service.

• The OnlyFans connector is user-triggered and read-only; it must not collect passwords, private messages or content.
• Users preview selected fields before sharing them with Canopia.
• Private results are visible only to authorised order participants and Canopia reviewers unless the buyer separately approves publication.
• Data is retained only for operational, dispute, security and legal needs, then deleted or anonymised.
• Users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable and may complain to the UK ICO.

The final privacy notice must name the data controller, contact details, precise retention schedule, service providers, international-transfer safeguards and applicable lawful bases.

Canopia Credits terms

Canopia Credits are promotional discounts—not money, deposits, investments or a payment account. Credits may be awarded after verified referrals, approved Canopia promotion or another stated campaign.

• Credits can reduce eligible Canopia marketplace fees or Canopia-provided services only.
• Credits cannot pay a seller's underlying creator price.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable and have no cash value.
• Credits expire 90 days after issue unless stated otherwise.
• Credits linked to refunded, reversed, fraudulent or self-referred activity may be reversed.
• The credit ledger records every issue, use, expiry and reversal.

Acceptable use and safety

Canopia facilitates lawful advertising services only. Users must follow the rules of every destination platform and must have rights to all supplied material.

• No minors, exploitation, trafficking, coercion or non-consensual material.
• No illegal goods or services, impersonation, stolen content or deceptive claims.
• No sale of followers, bots, fabricated engagement or manipulated evidence.
• No harassment, discriminatory targeting or publication of private information.
• No use of Canopia to buy or sell adult content itself.
• No attempts to bypass payments, safeguards, fees or account restrictions.
