This notice applies to the Canopia Creator Connector browser extension. The data controller is Joshua Donnelly, trading as Canopia Network. Privacy enquiries and data requests may be sent to support@canopianetwork.com.

What the connector accesses

The connector runs only after the user opens it on an OnlyFans page and presses Preview. It reads selected information visibly displayed on that page: profile username, fan or subscriber count, follower count, displayed top percentage and, when the creator opens their own tracking or campaign-link page, visible link labels, URLs, visits and subscription or conversion counts. Before transmission, the extension displays the detected fields for review.

What it does not collect

The connector does not collect or transmit passwords, authentication cookies, session tokens, private messages, subscriber identities, payment details or private media. It does not post content, send messages or automate the user's OnlyFans account.

How information is used

Approved statistics are sent securely to Canopia to verify marketplace profiles, improve audience matching, prevent misleading listings and create timestamped verification records. Canopia does not sell connector data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Storage and retention

A one-time connection credential expires after 15 minutes and is invalidated after use. Approved verification snapshots are retained while the Canopia account or verification record remains active and may be retained for up to 24 months where reasonably necessary for fraud, disputes or security. Users may disconnect the integration and request deletion, subject to legal or dispute-retention requirements.

Sharing and security

Information is processed by service providers used to operate Canopia, including Supabase for account authentication and OpenAI Sites/Cloudflare infrastructure for application hosting and database storage. Access is restricted to authorised operations and support purposes.

Your choices

Using the connector is optional. Users can preview data, decline transmission, disconnect later, and request access, correction or deletion by contacting the address above. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
